Media attention towards natural gas prices during this winter is largely negative, due to concerns of a warm winter. The warming temperature levels are certainly a concern this winter, as the previous year saw disappointing growth in prices despite overwhelming natural gas demand.

While there appears to be a contradiction with the previous article – “Winter, War, and Natural Gas” – addressing climate change concerns as minimal, the conclusion remains the same: the current concentration of international crises' impact on natural gas prices far outweighs that of climate change.

**A reminder that popular opinion is often not the correct predictor of market pricing.**
